There will be a student fan bus for students in grades 6th - 12th grade going to the SoDak 16 volleyball game vs SF Christian on Tuesday in Mitchell. Students in grades 6th-8th grade will need to have a parent/guardian signed permission note turned into the principal's office. There will be a student sign-up sheet in both MS/HS principal offices for students to sign up to ride the fan bus. Students will need $4.00 to pay for admission into the game and any other monies needed for food/snacks. The students will eat school lunch prior to the fan bus leaving between 12:00-12:15. The game starts at 4:30 M.T. and I would expect the fan bus to arrive back to Martin between 9:00p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night. Good Luck to our Lady Warriors!
The Volleyball team will head to the Corn Palace on Tuesday to play Sioux Falls Christian. Game time is 4:30 MT. Goodluck girls!

Congrats to our volleyball girls on their win last night! They move on to the second round of regions and play Pine Ridge on Thursday at 6:30. The sports rally for that night has been moved to November 9th.

Girls Little Warriors Basketball will start this Thursday. A note will be sent home.
The winter sports rally is this Thursday. Students need to be there to get information from coaches. There will be a meal provided. MS Girls Basketball does not need to show up.

Road conditions vary across our region this morning. Some areas are more slippery than others with dense fog in some areas. This is just a friendly reminder that if you feel that weather conditions (visibility, ice, other) will improve as the sun rises, it is fine to hold off on sending your child to school as their absence is excused due to the weather conditions. Just a friendly reminder that the MS Music Concert and Showcase will be this evening in the Commons Area and Warrior Center. It begins at 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Come out this evening and witness the talent of our students.
The Indian Education Committee Meeting will be held at the High School Study Hall, tomorrow, October 24 at 5:30. Agenda items will include current goals and plans for implementation of those goals.
Reminder that tonight is parent's night for volleyball. We will start parent's night right after the JV game. JV game starts at 4:30.
