Our 4th and 5th-grade students have been hard at work preparing their presentations on famous scientists and notable figures from South Dakota. Their dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm truly shined as they brought history and science to life. Great job to all of our young researchers and presenters—you make us proud!

Field trip fun for 1st grade
The Indian Education Grant meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 5:30 in the High School Study Hall room. We value your input! Parents and students are invited to share ideas to help identify the needs of our students—especially in preparing for college and career success. Mrs. Lyon's 4th grade class had a great time with Kids in the Kitchen in March. Students learned how to properly and safely cut vegetables for a vegetable tray and make a simple but tasty recipe for Peanut Butter Protein Balls. It was hard to save some to take home! Of special interest to the students was information about beekeeping and the production of honey that was shared with them by Mrs. Kris Kratovil. A big thank you to the volunteers who help support this great program for our students!
